AI Statement

Here is my brief stance on AI for Living In His Light.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a form of technology that can be used to write posts, proofread text, and enhance any media form.

I want my website to be as authentic as possible, therefore I have decided to not utilize AI in any form to write or rewrite any of my blog posts.

The ways I will occasionally use AI on Living In His Light are as follows:

• Brainstorm new ideas

• Occasionally edit grammatical errors and punctuation (I greatly struggle with punctuation!) But even with this - I kinda like the idea of my writing being so sincere that it is just not always going to be great.

• As a dictionary or thesaurus since it is a quick reference option.

AI is great, but it’s not a person. It doesn’t have experiences, feeling, nor a deep understanding of the Word of God. It has TONS of wonderful information we can use, but this blog exists to be a creative writing outlet for my thoughts and faith. If I use AI, my whole site will become one more attempt at perfection and that’s just not the goal.

I will always seek to be as transparent as possible with this website.
