This is about Jesus

I started this website to be an encouragement to women who seek to follow after Jesus in everything. If your role is wife, mother, professional, daughter, sister, or friend - this space is for you.
All are welcome here.

We all need Christ to transform every aspect of our lives. We are all called to live out the light of Jesus in everything we think, say, and do - amidst our circumstances and no matter the season of life we find ourselves, in all moments big and small.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Hey, I’m Sarah.

I am so glad you are here, welcome to my calm little corner of the internet.

Writing has always been a long time passion of mine. As far back as I can remember I have always been journaling my thoughts, prayers, and experiences. Many years ago I started a personal blog… (Blogger on Google years ago! Does anyone remember Blogger?) However after many life changes, I gave writing up for a season. I am happy to be back and excited about what all the Lord has for me as I embark on this exciting new journey of writing thoughts and sharing them with others once again.

A little more about me…

I am wife to Jared, mama to Addie, Judah, and Andrew, and a believer in Jesus. I am primarily a homemaker and full time mom, but also assist my husband with our small business - Howell Made Media (HMM) by creating websites, assisting with photography, and behind the scenes content.

When I am not full time momming it at home or working on HMM, you can find me enjoying a walk with my kiddos, grabbing coffee with a friend, exploring a small town, enjoying free samples at Costco, or baking something tasty for my kiddos to devour in under ten minutes (or Jared… he’s a sucker for chocolate chip cookies.)

I realize in this day and age that there are so many things competing for your attention and that you may not need one more article to read, but you are here and I am ever so thankful. I invite you to stay awhile.

I hope this is a space you can receive inspiration and encouragement in whatever the Lord has called you to.
